Ready to Shed Some Pounds?

I am sure it has crossed your mind how you will shed those pounds you put on from the festivities of Super Bowl 51.  You have enjoyed the festivities to include the beer, wings, chicken quesadilla, and pizza.  Now, let me share some slim down ideas that may work for you.imagesa3hdr8om

Personally, I believe that most diets will work if you are committed to following them.  And, if you do something long enough, or for 21 days, it becomes a habit.  This is where your actions will require great discipline.

For the record, I am in favor of all weight loss programs:  Shape Fast, Weight Watchers, Weight Not, or Nutrisystem.  These programs work and they all recommend eating less food to lose weight.  I am giving a shout out to my friend and owner of Shape Fasther weight loss program really works.  You may also want to use an appetite suppressant to help curb your food cravings.  Some people do not like to use appetite suppressants, and, instead, prefer natural supplements.  Check out Got2bGina’s Herbal and Wellness Center if you prefer natural supplements that work.  I know that Nature’s Sunshine Products (NSP) are of the highest quality and the most effective herbal supplements.  I have tried many different brands of natural supplements and none of them compare to NSP.tablet

I also suggest buying a little pocket-size tablet to record everything that you eat or drink.  Keep it on your desk at work, in your pocket or purse, or in a visible compartment in your car.  It is important to record what you put in so that you do not forget and overindulge.  Whatever number of calories or points that your weight loss program recommends that is what you should consume.  If you drink a cup of coffee, tea or water, then write it down!  I suggest that you do not add sugar or cream to your coffee or tea because they are diet killers—hidden little calories that add up. Try eliminating sugar and cream from your diet even if you are not trying to lose weight, and increase your water consumption.

Last, whatever diet program you choose, I suggest you try to incorporate additional movement and exercise daily. You can now take a yoga class online, walk, belly dance, run, or lift weights.  It does not matter what you do, Just Do It!
