Aloe Vera Juice

I took a big gulp of aloe juice and wished I had only taken a sip.  If you are trying aloe juice for the first time, I recommend following the suggested use on the label and mixing it with another juice or smoothie.  Its taste is very distinct—strong and bitter.  It reminds me of vinegar.  I will continue drinking aloe, mixing it with my fresh juices.

Upon opening, refrigerate immediately. Take 2 ounces (4 Tbsp) per serving, alone or mixed with a favorite juice.  Up to 8 ounces daily.  For those with more severe digestive issues, take the aloe 15-30 minutes before each meal.
